SilverCrest is a respected assisted living facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services.
The Lead Receptionist will be the primary point of contact for calls and visitors, embodying exceptional customer service and upholding our standards. This role requires pride in maintaining our business as your own, aligning with our mission, goals, objectives, and policies.
Key responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, serving as a liaison between residents and staff, and ensuring positive interactions with our community. The Lead Receptionist will uphold privacy and confidentiality, handle phone calls, address concerns, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
This is a daytime position, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays required. To succeed, you must have high school diploma or GED, some college preferred, and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant/front desk role.
You will also need to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a highly visible role. Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.
