We are seeking a highly motivated Care Manager to join our team at SilverCrest. As a Care Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Memory Care programming and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time position with daytime hours and occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about developing and implementing exceptional programs for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. If you have a minimum of 2 years experience in geriatrics and 1 year experience working with individuals who have Alzheimer's or Dementia, we would love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership skills, with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.

What You'll Need
* High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum of 2 years experience in geriatrics
* Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimer's or Dementia
* Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
