Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business. Working on the TA team, you’ll become an integral part of how SilverEdge is able to support the Client's mission ensuring the safety and security of our nation.

The Staffing Coordinator Will

• Participate in in-person candidate screening, offering recruitment best practices and measuring the effectiveness of efforts
• Work with project leads to ensure candidates are processed accurately for employment approval.
• Compile hiring statistics, provide analysis based on hiring statistics and assist with resource planning in support of recruitment efforts
• Performs other duties as assigned at the discretion of Project Management to include Req maintenance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Engineering OR Computer Science or four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate expertise or experience with candidate recruitment initiatives and processes. This includes developing hiring requirements, managing requirements through the hiring process, candidate sourcing, candidate screening and/or evaluations and recruitment data management.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proven customer service skills and demonstrated teamwork
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent decision-making skills and initiate
• Ability to represent the office in a responsible and professional manner, Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, Demonstrated project coordination skills, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience supporting recruiting in the Federal contracting space
