As an Assistant Manager at Silverleaf, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers visiting the dispensary
- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on the different strains, products, and consumption methods available
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash transactions in compliance with dispensary policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and labeled
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and distribution of cannabis products
Requirements:
- Valid MT Marijuana Worker's Permit
-Previous experience in a supervisor or managerial role
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be 21 years of age or older (as required by state regulations)
- Ability to pass any required background checks or licensing requirements
