firm based in Cedar Park, Texas, serving Williamson and surrounding
counties, with offices in East Texas. We are professional fanatics about

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial
records across multiple companies, processing crucial financial
transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role
requires someone who can work independently, maintain strict attention to
detail, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple companies using QuickBooks Online and Wave
- Create and maintain journal entries, balance sheets, and profit & loss
statements
- Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll timesheets
- Reconcile financial entries and bank statements
- Process accounts payable through Bill.com and manage accounts
receivable
- Create month-end invoices for the law firm
- Handle weekly bank deposits and payment applications
- Process and distribute year-end 1099s
- Oversee and assist bookkeeping assistants as needed
- Respond to financial data inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or minimum one year
of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial
information
- Experience with multi-company bookkeeping preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
