We're Hiring: Family Law Associate Attorney
Silverman Thompson is seeking a family law associate attorney to join our team of litigators in our Downtown Baltimore Office. If you have 3 years of experience guiding clients through complex family law matters, we’d love to hear from you at firm@silvermanthompson.com.
The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex family law issues with professionalism and compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and conferences
- Engage in direct client contact and case strategy
- Prepare for trial with witness interviews and evidence gathering
Qualifications:
- Maryland Bar admission required
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Experience handling divorce & family law cases
- Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage cases from beginning to end with moderate supervision
- Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy

Salary:
$110,000-155,000 based on experience
