Location: Morristown, NJ (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Type: Long-term Contract (W2 Only, No C2C or Third-Party Inquiries)
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 10 years of experience, including recent hands-on work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, to support critical customer-facing initiatives. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for contract-to-hire. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, customer-focused, and experienced in analyzing and optimizing systems that support customer portals, service workflows, or similar interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to gather and translate business needs into detailed requirements.
- Analyze and document current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Salesforce development teams to support the design and implementation of customer-facing solutions.
- Create clear and comprehensive user stories, use cases, process flows, and other documentation.
- Support UAT by developing test scenarios, coordinating testing, and documenting results.
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between user needs and technical solutions.
- Contribute to solution design decisions with a focus on usability, performance, and business value.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with recent experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Strong understanding of customer-facing applications and portals (not eCommerce)
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive requirements gathering sessions with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator)
- Experience in data mapping, user experience improvements, or CRM integrations
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid role based in Morristown, NJ
- 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week
Salary : $75 - $80
