We’re looking for a Website Operations Manager to support the digital marketing and technology teams for a hybrid onsite engagement. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that will own the planning, prioritization, and delivery of digital initiatives across multiple web platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead web sprint planning: define cadence, priorities, and capacity for efficient delivery.
- Write detailed user stories and requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and analysts.
- Test and validate features before they go live to ensure alignment with business expectations.
- Manage the product roadmap and delivery calendar, starting with MVPs and iterating through enhancements.
- Leverage analytics and testing to make data-driven UX and content decisions.
- Drive technical SEO improvements to increase discoverability and organic traffic.
- Support web governance with proactive monitoring, ticket prioritization, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience managing enterprise-level website initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with major CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with content deployment workflows from UAT through production environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint grooming and backlog management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or other reporting tools to guide decisions.
- Experience with website localization, chatbots, customer review integrations, personalization, and digital optimization strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required
