Job Title: Travel RN Critical Care Float
Location: Burlington, MA 01805
Shift Type: 12 Hours, Night Shift (7PM - 7AM)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma medicine, emergency medicine, and case management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in critical care settings
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and airway management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist in emergency situations requiring critical care interventions
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of ICU experience is required
- Must work every other weekend
- Trauma level I Facility Experience is preferred but may consider candidates who are experienced in Trauma level II settings
- Previous travel experience preferred; EPIC experience required
- Will float as needed to ICU and PCU
- Covid Vaccines Booster required
- 2024-2025 flu vaccine required
