General Summary of Job Duties:
This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Casino floor according to Company guidelines and standards.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
- Cleans slot and gaming machines and maintains a clean gaming floor for guests.
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, polishes floors, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Polishes metalwork.
- Cleans walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, vents and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Carry radio and respond promptly to requests.
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
- Immediately reports items areas that require repair.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Assists with setting up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, as needed.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors and Management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Skills, Education & Other Requirements:
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
- Minimum of six (6) months prior Custodian/Public Area Cleaning/Porter experience, required.
