General Summary of Job Duties
Responsible for accurately tracking food, beverage and general product inventories from the time a purchase order is received until the product is used.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Adherence to all policies stated in the team member handbook.
- Process invoices to accounts payable system.
- Update requisitions to deplete the correct amount of product from inventories.
- Maintain all reports/files for auditing.
- Develops optimal PAR stock levels and order quantities with departments.
- Maintain accurate theoretical inventory and resolve any discrepancies.
- Distribute cost reports for food, beverage and accounting departments.
- Maintain accurate and current yield tests and inventory for food and beverage department.
- Conduct recipe and menu analysis for food and beverage department.
- Work directly with finance, purchasing, receiving, food and beverage and retail regarding orders.
- Conduct periodic inventories for applicable departments.
- Create new items into system for purchasing.
- Maintain relationship with accounts receivable departments for all vendors.
- Complete monthly statements from vendors.
- Ensure FIFO system in used in warehouse.
- Responsible for hiring and training of staff.
- Responsible for setting procedures/guidelines to be followed in the department.
- Responsible for maintaining/reporting accurate payroll information.
- Other job related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Skilled in spreadsheet and accounting software
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- This position requires sufficient experience, education and job knowledge to meet current business needs.
- Prior experience with Stratton Warren / MMS software.
