General Summary of Job Duties
To provide quality customer service for hotel guests through the valet services
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Greets and welcomes guests
- Responsible for parking quest vehicles in the valet lot. This is to be done in a safe and efficient manner
- Secure key and valet tickets in the valet booth.
- Return vehicles to guests in a safe and timely manner.
- Call and hail taxi cabs
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on-time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements
- Demonstrate ability to drive all types of vehicles
- Possess a valid drivers license and provide a Department of Motor Vehicle print out of a good driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age
