Silver Towne Mint is looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our team.
Position Function:
Under supervision, perform accounting related to the operation of Silver Towne Mint.
Duties:
Accounting
Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
Prepare bank deposits.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database utilizing Sage 100 software.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, experience in bookkeeping, accounting or a related role.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR experience a plus.
Associate’s degree in accounting with experience in manufacturing setting; experience with Sage 100 or similar accounting software.
