- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other computerized systems.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
