Salary : Role Mission :

The Brand Manager will enhance Silverwing Travel's brand presence, drive marketing initiatives, and support the CEO COO in achieving the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury travel market to promote our offerings and elevate our brand reputation effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Experience Enhancement :

Develop and implement strategies to delight clients throughout their luxury travel journeyfrom planning to post-travel follow-upsto ensure Silverwing Travel remains top-of-mind.

  • Personalize client interactions and offer tailored experiences that exceed expectations, fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to the companys revenue goals.

  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Marketing Strategy Development :
  • Collaborate with the COO to define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Silverwing Travel's luxury positioning and business goals.

  • Conduct market research to understand trends in the luxury travel sector and identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Brand Management :
  • Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns that reflect Silverwing Travel's identity, including unique travel packages, exclusive partnerships, and personalized services.

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Marketing and Campaign Execution :
  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns across various digital, print, and social media channels.

  • Ensure campaigns align with the brands tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Digital Marketing and Content Creation :
  • Partner with the COO to manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms, creating and curating content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.

  • Collaborate with external digital agencies or in-house teams to drive online traffic, increase direct bookings, and improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience, focusing on content creation that leads to sales and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics tools and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva) and experience developing visual content for marketing campaigns.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry and platform trends.
  • Prior experience in the luxury travel industry is preferred.
