The Brand Manager will enhance Silverwing Travel's brand presence, drive marketing initiatives, and support the CEO COO in achieving the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury travel market to promote our offerings and elevate our brand reputation effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Experience Enhancement :
Develop and implement strategies to delight clients throughout their luxury travel journeyfrom planning to post-travel follow-upsto ensure Silverwing Travel remains top-of-mind.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to the companys revenue goals.
Collaborate with the COO to define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Silverwing Travel's luxury positioning and business goals.
Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns that reflect Silverwing Travel's identity, including unique travel packages, exclusive partnerships, and personalized services.
Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns across various digital, print, and social media channels.
Partner with the COO to manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms, creating and curating content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
