The essential duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrates a positive attitude towards customers and coworkers.
- Answers telephones in a courteous manner and takes clear messages for Salespersons/CEO/Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
- Assists customers with questions in person and over phone.
- Notifies customers of incoming merchandise when it arrives.
- Schedules daily USPS pick up.
- Assists Warehouse Supervisor with daily order processing.
- Assists Warehouse Supervisor with weekly receiving
- Shops for office supplies when necessary.
- Schedules various appointments, maintains calendar, and allocates supervisor’s time.
- Friendly, passionate, and committed to following our company mission.

- Consistently on-time to work schedules and shifts.
- Knows company policies and procedures.
- Attends training sessions and department meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Good customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior customer service experience, specifically working with the public, is required.
- Prior experience working as a receptionist or customer service representative is preferred.
- This position regularly requires the ability to but not limited to standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, stooping, and reaching.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position in Spokane WA, with a work schedule of Tuesday through Saturday. The hours in general are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- The pay range is $17.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
