Material Handler
Position Overview:
The Material Handler will ensure that appropriate materials are delivered or available for the manufacturing operations. This employee is a member of the shipping and receiving team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Monitor inventory by performing regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor work in progress and pull material to work orders as requested
- Return materials to proper storage location after work is completed
- Maintain product identification and organization
- Identify potential areas for inventory discrepancies and report to supervisor
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- A methodical, tidy, and careful work ethic
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Travel
- No travel is expected for this position.
