Position Summary
The Scrum Master Intern will facilitate Agile processes, coordinate development, and drive the successful delivery of our Riddell Platform team. This position will work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration, successful delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Guide development teams in Agile best practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers to keep teams focused on delivering value.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and process refinement.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Track team performance and key Agile metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with software development teams or in a technology-driven environment;
- Strong understanding of the SCRUM Agile framework methodology;
- Familiarity or proficiency with Jira and other project management tools;
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and team management skills;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) training provided;
Salary : $75,000
