Accounting and Finance - Gainesville, FL - Full Time
The Accounting Clerk will support and assist the Finance Manager. Must treat all sensitive material with the utmost confidentiality. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for Cash Monitoring, Non-Patient Receivables, and Managed Company activity. Additionally, the Accounting Clerk may be responsible for various other duties in accordance with the Finance Department’s goals and objectives.
Please note : This position is in-person, and does not have remote options available
Qualified Candidates will possess the following :
- A high school diploma (required). A certificate in accounting is strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and / or data entry is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Outlook are required
The following is a basic list of duties and functions which may be required for your position :
Cash Monitoring : Review daily banking activity; log, download & distribute specific types of transactions to end users.
Non Patient Receivables :
Managed Company Activity : All bookkeeping functions for several managed companies using QuickBooks Pro and CenterPoint Accounting (no payroll) :
