Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls: Responding to calls from potential customers and making outgoing calls to generate leads
- Responding to inquiries: Answering questions about vehicles, financing,
- Setting Appointments: Working to convert leads into sales appointments
- Maintaining customer loyalty: Contacting current customers to improve loylty
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective attention and responses
