• Oversee daily operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective functioning across all departments, including sales, service, parts, and finance.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve business objectives, and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring exceptional service and support for every customer.
• Hire, train, and manage department managers and staff, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and performance reports to make informed decisions and optimize dealership operations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and community stakeholders.
• Drive marketing initiatives to promote dealership visibility and brand presence within the community.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
