This role bridges the gap between emerging technologies and battlefield effectiveness, leading force modernization initiatives that enhance CBRNE readiness. The ideal candidate will shape how units train, equip, and execute CBRNE operations while identifying and implementing innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
Key focuses include:
Driving force modernization from concept to operational implementation
Developing cutting-edge TTPs/SOPs that maximize new technology effectiveness within CBRNE Community
Leading operational capability assessments and readiness evaluations
Identifying battlefield gaps and technological solutions
Translating operational needs into clear requirements
Building and maintaining operational excellence across CBRNE units

Experience Required:
- Ten (10) years of operational CBRNE experience with emphasis on force development
- Seven (7) years of specific experience in:
- Leading operational modernization initiatives
- Developing and implementing TTPs/SOPs
- Conducting force capability assessments
- Managing training program development
- Directing operational evaluations
- Implementing force integration strategies
- At least three (3) years served as part of a government team supporting the USMC
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Military CBRNE leadership experience highly desired
- DAU Level III certification REQUIRED
- Proven operational leadership experience
- Active SECRET clearance
