Branch Director Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current openings for a Branch Director for their Hospice location in the Bangor and Augusta, ME areas. A Registered Nurse is preferred. Hospice or Home Health leadership experience is required. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!

Branch Director Job Requirements

• Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience
• Registered Nurse is required.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice home care regulations.
• Financial and business development background preferred.

Branch Director Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Work with Sales staff to grow census.
• Hire and retain staff.
