Our client is a well-established provider of behavioral health services. They have a current opening for a Part-Time Employee Relations Specialist (20 hours/week) for their clinic in the Boston, MA area.

Employee Relations Specialist Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established provider of behavioral health services. They have a current opening for a Part-Time Employee Relations Specialist (20 hours/week) for their clinic in the Boston, MA area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of progressive employee relations experience required; two years of HR experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or similar preferred.
