- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant employee relations or HR experience, preferably focused on ER investigations, employment legal, performance management, and/or HRBP experiences
- Knowledge of applicable workplace laws, regulations, and employment trends
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information
- Flexibility in approach to moderately complex situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Resilient, self-motived and able to work well under pressure
- Experience with Freshservice or similar is a plus

This role will conduct investigations into workplace concerns and support positive employee engagement by providing guidance and recommendations to resolve employee concerns. This role will work closely with the Human Resource Business Partners, General Counsel, and Senior Leadership Team to promote equity, company values, and accountability in the workplace and to respond appropriately and fairly to employee concerns.
