Regional Director of Operations Job Requirements
- Home Health / Private Duty / Personal / Companion Home Care multi-site leadership experience required.
- Strong Customer Service, Business development and Operations acumen.
- Registered Nurse or clinician preferred.
- Oversite of private duty / personal care operations with oversite of branch directors.
- Ensure compliance and high customer & care-giver satisfaction.
- Improve processes and procedures.
- Help grow client base and revenue.
