What you will do:
- Assist the job foreman installing, repairing, or coating concrete areas
- Be able to lift to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day
- Prepare surfaces for installation
- Mix products to make repairs or installations
- Operate power tools and equipment
- Carry materials and equipment
- Clean and maintain equipment and area
- Hands on epoxy flooring work and repairs, and other varying concrete/trowel down systems
- MUST be willing and able to work with epoxy products
- 1 year(s) of concrete/epoxy finishing experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MUST be able to be cleared to drive a company vehicle)
- Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time when local work is not available (4 weeks consecutively)
- When local work is available, be able to get to and from the jobsites on a daily basis (within a 60-mile radius of Youngstown, Ohio)
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening
- Authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions
- Starting pay of $18.00- $20.00 per hour. LOTS of work & Overtime Available
- Hotels and travel time paid (while staying out of town)
- Per diem - $37 per day (while staying out of town)
