Publicity Assistant – Simon Element, Simon Acumen   This is a fantastic opportunity to learn all aspects of the book publishing and publicity process and work on high-profile non-fiction titles.Responsibilities include administrative duties, as well as involvement in all aspects of publicity campaigns including: Creating press materials; booking tours; and pitching media as well as leading paperback publicity campaigns.Must be organized and have excellent phone and computer skills with a working knowledge of social media and influencers. Strong written communication is important as well as the ability to multitask and be flexible.    Experience or passion for the following categories is a plus: Culinary/Cookbook, Lifestyle, Health & Wellness, and/or Business & Leadership.

Salary : $50,000
