Senior Marketing Manager, Gallery Books

Gallery Books is seeking an experienced marketer to join our team as Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, the ideal candidate will run high-priority advertising and promotion campaigns on celebrity memoir and non-fiction titles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills; experience with project management and organization; and creativity for the formulation and coordination of several marketing initiatives as a leader on the Gallery Books marketing team. Role Requirements & Responsibilities: Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing. Experience with brand partnerships and social media strategy a plus.   Campaign strategy for 8-10 titles per season, including advertising, social media strategy, author communications, in-house vertical cooperation, collaborating with publicity teams and creative presentation. Contributing to and consistently optimizing marketing best practices to keep Gallery on the cutting edge of strategy and creative promotion. Curiosity in out-of-the-box marketing strategy, including interest in pursuing brand partnerships and promotional opportunities within and outside of book publishing. Excellent presentation and communication skills with both internal teams and external client groups (authors/agents/third party partners, etc.). Digital advertising and promotion expertise. Ability to prioritize projects and meet dynamic deadlines. Creative problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset. Proactive and motivated leaderships skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills. Positive attitude and drive to succeed. Passion for books and marketing strategy. Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Fluency in Canva a plus.

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
