GENERAL DESCRIPTION/POSITION GOAL: Reports to the VP of Operations. Administratively responsible for organizational oversight and development of the Imaging functions performed at each site. Managerial oversight of staff composed of an array of health services staff; nurse practitioners, registered nurses, paraprofessionals and administrative. Promotes a positive public image, facilitates the establishment of effective and efficient internal and external customer interfaces and ensures development of staff through the implementation of logically developed goals, objectives and strategic plans. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Manage all Florida Operations
- Manage all Operation Staff, which includes hiring and terminations.
- Insuring staff performing to company mission of providing excellent and compassionate care
- Insuring proper training of staff in customer service and compliance
- Insuring proper scheduling of technical staff
- Insuring proper supply ordering
- Meeting budget parameters including monthly if not more calls with senior management
- Daily calls and weekly formal budget calls if not more frequent with marketing staff
- All other duties assigned
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS: Demonstrates competencies in customer service and an understanding SimonMed Imaging code of conduct and culture.
EQUIPMENT: Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Requires 5 years of management experience in the medical field.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking. Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential. Must be able to work in an environment with multiple deadlines and priorities. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
