As a Maintenance Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. Job Responsibilities
Painting : Perform painting tasks as needed, including surface preparation, applying primer and paint, and ensuring a neat and professional finish.
Cleaning : Conduct routine cleaning of designated areas, including floors, walls, windows, and common spaces. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met.
General Maintenance : Execute preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in maintenance, painting, cleaning, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
Proficiency in using common hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
