Simple Maui Wedding, a premier wedding planning service specializing in intimate ceremonies, is looking for enthusiastic Day-of Wedding Coordinators to help create unforgettable experiences along the beautiful beaches and venues of the Island of Maui.
As a wedding coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in one of the most meaningful days of a couple’s life! Imagine being by the ocean, surrounded by love, helping dreams come true in some of the most picturesque settings in Maui.
What We’re Looking For: Experience in the wedding industry is a bonus, but if you’ve excelled in other events areas, we’d love to meet you! It takes a special kind of person to keep couples calm, guests happy, and events running seamlessly from start to finish.

- Flexible scheduling: This is a part-time, event-based role with no fixed hours, so you have the freedom to set your availability. Weddings are assigned a month in advance, and you’ll be able to take on as many as you’d like based on your schedule.
- Breathtaking venues: Whether it’s setting up a beachfront ceremony or welcoming guests to a stunning venue, every event is filled with beauty and joy.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Pick up wedding essentials like flowers and décor from our florist
- Arrive at the location ahead of time to ensure everything is picture-perfect, from setting up chairs and floral arrangements to simply bringing the flowers to a breathtaking beach setting
- Guide guests, manage timelines, and ensure the flow of the event runs smoothly
- Ensure all vendors are in place and ready to contribute to the celebration
- Help the photographer coordinate family and group photos after the ceremony
- Stay through couple’s photos if needed, lending a hand with props or attire
Most ceremonies take about 2 hours of your time, and you’ll earn $175 per event with an additional $25 per hour for any time beyond that. Mileage reimbursements are also available at the current federal rate.
