We're looking for a part-time IT Support Technician who is driven, flexible, and excited to learn and grow with a company that truly values team collaboration, clear communication, and customer service. This is an in-person position based in our Dublin, PA office with occasional travel to nearby client sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to end users via phone, email, or remote tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues, including Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, peripherals, and networking
- Support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Handle password resets and account access issues
- Resolve basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, connectivity, DNS, IP conflicts)
- Escalate more complex issues as needed
- Document all work and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding including email, permissions, and accounts
- Perform routine maintenance and endpoint health checks
- Occasionally travel onsite to client offices for hands-on support or deployments
- Follow existing SOPs and contribute to the creation and improvement of new procedures and documentation
- Help maintain clear, organized technical documentation for internal and client use
- Communicate clearly and professionally with non-technical users
- Promote cybersecurity and data protection best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 years of IT support experience (MSP experience a plus)
- Microsoft 365 admin tools and troubleshooting
- Windows 10/11 support and basic macOS familiarity
- Remote support platforms
- Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, firewalls)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and follow through
- Interest in documenting processes and helping develop support standards
- Must be comfortable interacting with small business clients in person when needed

Schedule
