Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Digital Marketing Management:
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Social Media Growth:
- Build a strong online community by engaging with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.
- Develop promotional campaigns that encourage user-generated content related to home organization.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- In-Person Engagement:
- Conduct in-person canvassing in locally to promote services directly to potential clients.
- Attend community events such as fairs or expos to represent the company and generate leads.
- Organize workshops or demonstrations on home organization techniques for moms.
- Commission-Based Compensation:
- Earn commission based on sales generated from leads converted into clients.
- Participate in incentive programs designed to reward performance milestones (e.g., bonuses for reaching specific sales goals).
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, social media growth metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Gather feedback from clients post-service to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles; experience in the home organization industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home while managing time effectively for both remote tasks and in-person activities.
Work Environment: This position offers flexibility as it primarily involves working from home; however, candidates must be willing to travel locally for canvassing efforts and attend events as needed.
Compensation Package: The compensation structure includes a base salary supplemented by commission on sales made. Additional incentives will be provided based on performance metrics related to social media growth and client engagement.
