We are currently seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist who can effectively promote our services, build our brand presence, and engage with our target audience through various channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Digital Marketing Management:
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Social Media Growth:
  • Build a strong online community by engaging with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.
  • Develop promotional campaigns that encourage user-generated content related to home organization.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • In-Person Engagement:
  • Conduct in-person canvassing in locally to promote services directly to potential clients.
  • Attend community events such as fairs or expos to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Organize workshops or demonstrations on home organization techniques for moms.
  • Commission-Based Compensation:
  • Earn commission based on sales generated from leads converted into clients.
  • Participate in incentive programs designed to reward performance milestones (e.g., bonuses for reaching specific sales goals).
  • Reporting & Feedback:
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, social media growth metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from clients post-service to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing roles; experience in the home organization industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home while managing time effectively for both remote tasks and in-person activities.

Work Environment: This position offers flexibility as it primarily involves working from home; however, candidates must be willing to travel locally for canvassing efforts and attend events as needed.

Compensation Package: The compensation structure includes a base salary supplemented by commission on sales made. Additional incentives will be provided based on performance metrics related to social media growth and client engagement.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 25 per week
