About the Job:
The Manager of Family Brands Packaging will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Stater Bros. Markets' own brand product packaging strategies, focusing on business growth and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement packaging plans and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Lead project management processes, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Analyze supplier costs and negotiate contracts to optimize packaging label design projects.
- Create training programs for internal and external resources on packaging workflows and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Five plus years of relevant Grocery or CPG experience, with at least two years of project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
