WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of AdOps - Omni to lead and optimize our omni-channel advertising efforts. In this key role, you will be responsible for enhancing efficiency, scalability, and performance across a range of platforms, including display, social, video, mobile, and emerging digital channels. You will bring strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and a passion for developing integrated, cross-channel strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Own and lead paid social strategy across emerging platforms, driving innovation, testing frameworks, and measurement plans that yield best-in-class performance for your client.
- Design and execute full-funnel media strategies that align with client brand vision, KPIs, and objectives.
- Leverage past performance data, consumer insights, and advanced planning tools to refine and optimize strategies.
- Develop innovative media plans incorporating omnichannel approaches, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for senior-level stakeholders, building and nurturing strong client relationships.Deeply understand clients’ industries, competitors, target audiences, and unique selling points to deliver tailored strategies.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and allocation to maximize ROI and align with client goals. Identify growth opportunities through strategic fiscal management and continuous campaign optimization.
- Lead and mentor team(s) of media and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, social, and technology, to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Oversee campaign performance monitoring and optimization, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. Collaborate with analytics teams to develop insightful reports and dashboards that inform data-driven decisions.
- Align client reporting with broader business objectives, delivering value-added insights and actionable recommendations.
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 10 years in digital marketing, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of people management experience, with strong skills in mentoring, training, and guiding team members to achieve their potential.
- Advanced understanding of the cross-digital channel and analytics space, in areas such as digital media, search, social media, social. listening, online video, websites, mobile applications, data management platforms, programmatic, paid search vs SEO.
- Expertise in consumer insights tools such as MRI-Simmons, Pathmatics, Meltwater, NetBase, YouGov, and GWI, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of complex data and translation into actionable, strategic recommendations.
- Advanced knowledge of the media advertising landscape and retail industry, connecting consumer insights to business growth opportunities.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, crafting compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders and inspire action.
- Experience leading advanced quantitative and qualitative research, with a track record of turning findings into impactful strategies and media solutions.
