Job description
We are looking for a creative and passionate clinical supervisor to help lead our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising counselor, therapist, clinical interns , as well as experience in diagnosing and conducting mental health assessments. The ideal candidate will implement weekly clinical supervision to therapist and clinical interns services to address the needs of our clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and effective leadership.
Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of mental health professionals and office administrator
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional growth and development
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices in clinical service delivery
- Collaborate with community resources and agencies to coordinate services for clients
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet business goals and objectives
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
- Provide senior leadership with insights on operational performance
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and implement strategies for long-term success
- Direct and mentor the operations team to achieve excellence
-Maintain a caseload of 10-15 clients
Skills:
- Child and family counseling experience
- Mental health counseling expertise
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong crisis intervention skills
- Case management proficiency
- Addiction counseling knowledge
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies
- Group therapy facilitation skills
- Applied behavior analysis experience
