Simply Dental Management is looking for a Dental Operations Specialty Manager. We are looking for a professional Dental Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's specialty dental operations. This is not a remote position.
As a Dental Operations Specialty Manager, you will play a crucial role implementing process and practices in the organization's specialty operations. Your duties will include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, and securing compliance. You will be a mentor to your team members, finding ways to increase quality of customer service and implementing best practices across all levels. You will be entrusted to help us remain compliant, efficient, and profitable.
Simply Dental Management's family of practices serve families in MA, NH, and CT. Our network of over 40 practices offers orthodontics, general and pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve Operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Oversee dental materials, plan inventory and oversee efficiency
- Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform Quality controls and monitor KPIs
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Preferred Skills:
- Proven work experience in specialty dental operations position including periodontics, oral surgery and endodontics
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and dental specialty operations management
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Clinical Experience highly desired
- Min of 3-5 years of dental experience
- Financial Acumen
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
