As a Regional Operations Manager, you will spearhead process improvements and growth initiatives with full profit and loss responsibility. Essential to this role is your ability to develop close working partnerships with supported Dentists and Area Managers. Regional travel is a must, as a consistent presence in the practices that you support is a critical component to sustained success.

What you will be doing:
- Achieving business goals, revenue, and profitability objectives through a respectful, forward thinking, and motivational style
- Supporting daily office operations within the region when necessary
- Responding to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively with an action plan
- Supporting the achievement of performance targets & budgeted goals
- Monitoring P&L and developing effective strategies to improve business performance
- Reviewing and analyzing monthly KPIs, business reports, recommending corrective action to achieve business goals
- Providing strong, effective leadership to build/maintain positive and supportive company culture
- Creating improvement plans for underperforming practices
- Preparing reports for executive leaders as requestes
What qualifications you bring:
- Proven work experience as a dental operations manager in a multi-location environment
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and dental operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
