ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Special projects assigned by the CEO and CFO
- Ability to take a project assignment and work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage through ambiguity or complexity, and ability to lead others without formal authority
- Ability to build relationships cross functionally and collaborate with functional leaders to achieve objectives
- Responsible for gathering and synthesizing both operational and financial information, generating key insights that drive both process and profitability improvements
- Coordinates with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales on key metrics and their impact to the financials
- Champion continuous process improvement in financial processes and margin reporting
- Drive initiatives to achieve financial targets
- Participate in monthly financial reviews and analysis
- Key success criteria include analytical and project management skills, intermediate / advanced Excel skills
- Travel (25% to 40% per month, depending on projects)
