Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing and maintenance tasks with attention to detail
- Skillfully operate weed eating and edging equipment for precise results
- Execute pruning techniques to enhance the overall health and appearance of plants
- Lay mulch to promote healthy plant growth and aesthetic appeal
- Conduct yard cleanup to ensure a clean and well-groomed outdoor environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in various aspects of lawn care is preferred
- Clean and insurable driver's license is mandatory
- Hardworking and reliable with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work well in a team and follow established procedures
- Drug-free lifestyle to maintain a safe and professional work environment
Compensation & Schedule:
- This will be paid as a 1099 independent contractor role, and payment will be issued accordingly.
- Pay starts at $15.00 per hour
- Expected 30 – 40 hours per week
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
