Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Completing necessary or requested repairs to guests’ motorcycles
- Advising Service Writers on recommended repairs
- Executing mechanical inspections and checklists on all sales inventory
- Preparing damage or crash estimates
- Test Riding motorcycles
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Move motorcycles around the shop as needed
- Participate in Motorcycle Events/Activities
- Must have own tools
- At least 3-5 years of dealership experience working on motorcycles and/or ATVs and SxS.
- Valid motorcycle endorsement (Candidates will be required to submit to a motor vehicle records check)
- Technician Certification from an accredited school such as MMI, UTI, WyoTech, etc.
- LOVE everything powersports
- MUST have strong attention to detail
- Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
