Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Motor Coach driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience. Duties
Operate motor coaches and other vehicles, in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and mechanical integrity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the motor coach interior.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries or concerns during transit.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving.
Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
Communicate effectively in English with passengers and team members.
Qualifications
Previous driver, or motor coach operator is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers of all ages.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
