Position: Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

Location: New York City

Firm: AM Law 200 ranked firm with international reach

Salary: Commensurate with experience, expected range $170K - $250K

Required Experience: 3 to 5 years in corporate law with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters

Must be admitted to New York Bar

Role Overview:

• Oversee and coordinate due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic deals
• Advise on corporate governance issues and a variety of corporate law matters
• Work closely with specialists and cross-functional teams to support complex transactions
• Manage a diverse workload, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision
• Provide legal counsel to public/private companies, private equity funds, and financial corporations on corporate and commercial issues
