Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000 per year

The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient closings. Additionally, they will provide expert legal guidance and support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate closing documents for real estate loans involving business-purpose transactions
- Collaborate with clients, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient closings
- Provide expert legal guidance and support throughout the transaction lifecycle
Requirements:
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (NY Bar admission desirable)
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions / lending / foreclosure / closing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Commitment to client service and team collaboration, with ability to be self-sufficient
