Sims-Lohman is currently searching for a Buyer/ Inventory Control. Under the general supervision of the Purchasing Manager, the Buyer obtains goods and services such as raw materials, direct production components and tooling by inventory control measures, analyzing the market and delivery conditions to determine availability. The Buyer is responsible for proper record keeping, inventory control and will also coordinate all supplier quality activities directly affecting product performance and compliance to design and customer requirements. This position requires daily office presence.
