Requirements
- 8 years of engineering leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Industry experience in food, beverage, chemical, meat, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience managing multi-million dollar capital projects and budgets
- Ensure compliance with regulations (OSHA, USDA, FDA, etc.)
- Experience leading a team of direct reports
- Bachelor's degree required
- AutoCAD experience
