Located in Icon Entertainment Group’s Southern Turf Building, Sinatra Bar & Lounge’s warm, intimate atmosphere features an extraordinary collection of Sinatra memorabilia, from ticket stubs and the official program from the singer’s 1976 performance at the Grand Ole Opry with Count Basie to curated photographs and several of Sinatra’s own paintings, as well as live music every day. A carefully-cultivated menu includes some of Sinatra’s personal favorites, traditional Italian dishes, steaks, an array of classic cocktails and more. Sinatra Bar & Lounge is also the only establishment in the world that serves Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Century – the 100-proof bourbon created in 2015 for the centennial of Sinatra’s birth – by the drink, a nod to the legendary singer’s role in elevating the Jack Daniel’s brand. Sinatra Bar and Lounge is looking for a Host to join our team in our new one-of-a-kind restaurant and lounge. Located in the historical Southern Turf Building with a Fourth Avenue North entrance in the heart of Downtown Nashville’s entertainment district Printers Alley. It’s with great pleasure and an honor for Icon Entertainment to partner with the Sinatra family to bring what promises to be one of Nashville’s—and the Southeast’s—most notable establishments.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
• Manage the flow of guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate
• Observant to guests' needs throughout the dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service (i.e. notice a drink refill is needed while seating another guest and ensuring the drink is refilled prior to getting back to the door)
• Inform management of unsatisfied guests immediately
• Consistent, trustworthy, reliable and responsible
• Able to multitask, maintain organization with attention to cleanliness and safety
• Respects and values teamwork alongside the vision of the restaurant
