About the Position
Duties :
- Creates PR for news request, company official statements, and other applicable scenarios with review of the Executive Leadership Team
- Processes marketing related invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinates photography needs for various assets and another other applicable company needs
- Locates business collaboration opportunities
- Identifies marketing challenges and proactively implements solutions
- Reviews marketing analytics and lead conversions to determine necessary adjustments
- Works with Regional Property Directors to develop and execute on marketing strategies to maximize the net operating income for the properties
- Creates and maintains a store front for branded company merchandise and collateral
- Develops an annual Marketing Budget companywide and maintains its compliance throughout the year
- Monitors company reviews and communications to mitigate negative sentiment
- Work directly with the CXO on any 5-star review initiatives
- Integrates technological infrastructure in marketing planning to determine operational needs
- Maintains contractual obligations with vendors to ensure all products are being utilized at maximum efficiency
- Provides notice for applicable contract terminations in a timely manner
- Creates and maintains a strong, positive online presence for all aspects of the company
- Develops and preserves company branding and image in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team
- Develops and maintains awareness of due dates and asset specific marketing needs
- Performs routine audits of content to ensure correct and updated data
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities and professionalism at all times
- Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or other member of upper management
