Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement projects that enhance firm performance, including software integrations, process improvements, and team workflows.
- Manage diverse legal and administrative projects, including case management, document review, and process enhancements.
- Manage initiatives to strengthen the firm’s brand, such as marketing campaigns, community outreach, and client relationship strategies.
- Plan and execute firm-wide events, including team-building activities, professional development workshops, and client appreciation events.
- Introduce new processes to optimize workflow and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate and improve existing systems for enhanced efficiency.
- Track project progress and prepare reports for firm leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends to integrate best practices.
- Assist the administrative team with daily tasks, including client intake, scheduling, and document management.
- Provide occasional front desk coverage, including greeting clients, answering calls, and managing correspondence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
